Tile & Grout Care Since 1980

Restore Your Tile to Like-New Condition

Regular mopping moves surface dirt around — it doesn't touch what's embedded in porous grout lines. Our high-pressure hot water extraction system penetrates deep into grout, dissolving years of accumulated grime, mold, and bacteria. The difference is dramatic. Optional grout sealing protects your results and makes ongoing maintenance effortless.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Tile & Grout Cleaning Questions

Yes. Our high-pressure hot water extraction method is highly effective at removing grout buildup and staining without scratching or damaging tile surfaces. We adjust pressure based on tile type and always pre-test before full treatment.

Absolutely. Grout is porous and absorbs moisture, oils, and bacteria over time. Sealing creates a protective barrier that prevents new staining and makes future cleaning much easier. We recommend sealing immediately after a professional clean when the grout is at its cleanest.

We clean ceramic, porcelain, natural stone (including slate, travertine, and marble), and glazed tile — floors and walls. If you're unsure whether your tile type is suitable, give us a call and we can advise before booking.

Most standard kitchen or bathroom tile jobs take 1–3 hours depending on the size of the area and the degree of soiling. Larger commercial or heavily neglected areas may take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when we assess your space.

Tile surfaces can typically be used within 30–60 minutes of cleaning. If grout sealing is applied, we recommend waiting 24 hours before heavy use or exposure to water to allow the sealer to cure fully.
